Michael’s rise to the global stage highlights the success of the SCBC CrossFit Academy — the first school-based CrossFit affiliate in Western Australia. Since Year 7, Michael has balanced high-performance sports training with academic studies on our Waikiki campus.

SCBC CrossFit Academy Director Andy Price says Michael’s achievement reflects incredible dedication:

Watching Michael develop from a Year 7 student into a world-class athlete is a testament to his daily commitment. He sets a phenomenal example of grit and character for our entire College community.

The SCBC community wishes Michael the absolute best as he competes for a spot at the global CrossFit Games.
